The Tank Base protection is developed based on out DVGW certified plastelen  ape & mastic cavity filler. The product offers a long term  erformance in commercial, residential, oil & and gas industry and power and water infrastructure industries. Tank base prtection is applied directly on cleaned surface The 4 layer coating system of the product provides the combination of an excellent corrosion protection & weather protection for operating temperature up to 100 ºC and time saving applciation method.
As spectial advantage outer cover membrance fully amalgamate the over lapping area and form a durable, tube like coating, By utlizing cold applied cost effective tolinn repair and protection system the tank base can be sealed and
weatherproofed, preventing moisture ingress into under floor areas and protect tank bottom againist corrosion. Tolinn Can provide customized solution for the tanks operating up to 200 ºC temperature.

Surface must be clean and dry. Moisture, dust, dirt, or other foreign matter should be removed. Remove salt and other contaminants prior to application Plastelen Mastic shall be used to provide a smooth transition between the tank base and the concrete

Step-1 Plastelen Mastic

Plastelen Mastic shall be used to provide a smooth transition between the tank base and the concrete. Plastelen Plast is non setting Petrolatum mastic specially designed to provide a waterproof tank base area sealing.

Step-2 Plastelen Feu

Tolinn Feu is a cold processable corrosion prevention tape based on petrolatum manufactured by DENSO GmbH, Itis used for
wide range of applications where corrosion is a problem.

Step-3 Tolinn Easyrepair

Extremely flexible, Tolinn Easyrepair membrane conforms to virtually any shape without springing back. Tolinn Easyrepair membrane can be sealed to itself, so it can be cut and folded around an object.

Step-4 Weather Shield

Tolinn Easyrepair membrane is designed to hold coating color of your’s choice weather water or solvent based, Can be applied using brush or
roller. The top coat can be directly applied after installation
